Charge Nurse (RN) in 4S Acute Care – Surgery, FT days, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. Leads and coordinates patient care, collaborates with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, prioritizes patient flow, ensures documentation compliance, and upholds confidentiality and safety. Guides performance improvement, supports shared governance, mentors and precepts other nurses, maintains licenses and certifications, and contributes to staff and patient satisfaction. Requires active nursing licensure and BLS; RN-COMPACT or multi-state licensure options may be acceptable. Minimum education includes an Associate’s degree or nursing diploma with preferred Bachelor’s degree. Sign-on bonus available.
