Job Summary
Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Prioritize daily patient flow, coordinate optimum care, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate pertinent information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and mentor other nurses. Maintain professional licenses and certifications, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time day shift (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
