Charge Nurse (RN)- 4S Acute Care- Surgery-FT- Days

Charge Nurse (RN) on the 4S Acute Care Surgery unit. Provides quality nursing services as part of the patient care team, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Collaborates with other staff to coordinate care, delivers safe and effective care per policies, and maintains documentation. Demonstrates leadership through mentorship, preceptorship, and participation in Shared Governance; focuses on patient and family-centered care, advocacy, education, and staff development. Maintains professional licensure and certifications, completes required training, and adheres to confidentiality and safety standards. Performs duties as assigned and supports continuous performance improvement initiatives.
