Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents during your shift while administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions, promptly communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and provide leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and other nursing staff. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality resident care. Full-time rotating weekend schedule with daily pay, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN or RN license in good standing
