Job Summary
Charge Nurse on the Med Surg/Orthopedics/Bariatric Surgery unit at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families under the supervision of the Nursing Director; coordinates a multi-disciplinary care team; directs and educates other nursing personnel to achieve optimal health care outcomes per MMH policies and philosophy; demonstrates Service Excellence. Requires active RN licensure in Florida, with a minimum of one year acute care experience; BSN preferred. Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association are required. This is a full-time night shift position on a 295-bed hospital supported by UHS. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience required
