Job Summary
Oversees medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served; supervises unit nursing staff (RNs and support roles); administers medications and monitors patient safety; ensures care aligns with licensing regulations and accreditation standards; coordinates with outside medical/pharmacy/lab services; conducts patient assessments, develops recovery plans, and collaborates with the team to provide treatment and referrals; requires RN licensure and BH experience, with leadership responsibilities on a rotating night shift at the Cumberland Crisis Recovery Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Valid and current state RN license (Compact licensure preferred)
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Ability to pass de-escalation training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred but not required
