Job Summary
Administer medication, coordinate resident medical needs with physicians and family, and observe and document significant condition changes. Supervise the Wellness team by determining shift assignments, providing instruction, and ensuring care aligns with instructions. Maintain medical records, communicate effectively in English, and exercise good judgment in emergency situations while managing multiple tasks. Requires a current Maryland LPN license, a nursing degree, and one year of clinical experience. Includes a competitive compensation package, DailyPay, free meals and parking, and two free uniforms.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Knowledge of standard nursing practices
- Knowledge of state and local regulations
- Knowledge of medical records maintenance
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and competently
- Supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make confident ethical decisions
- Ability to manage time to complete multiple projects/tasks
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Maryland LPN license in good standing
- Be 21 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- One year prior clinical experience
