Job Summary
Charge Nurse position focused on progressive renal and dialysis care with telemetry monitoring in a unit supporting hemodialysis, CCPD, and CAPD. Works under the Nurse Director/charge nurse to provide competent holistic care using the nursing process, with a 4:1 patient ratio and strong interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Requires strong telemetry skills, basic EKG knowledge, and adherence to standards of care to optimize patient outcomes in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse) license (Missouri)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA
- ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Preferred Masters degree in Nursing
- Experience: one year medical/surgical experience, telemetry/critical care preferred
