Job Summary
Plan, organize, and deliver safe, timely patient and family care for all patients on the unit during each shift. Apply the nursing process to oversee and coordinate care for the entire unit population while providing appropriate interactions with staff, patients, and families. Assist in meeting strategic plans by incorporating initiatives such as Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) and ART into daily work. This role requires a current Washington State RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience, with a BSN preferred. Candidates must have pediatric healthcare experience, with preference given to those in perioperative services or PICU. Compensation ranges from $51.60 to $91.30 per hour for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum one year nursing experience
- Current Washington State RN License, or other current state license that the RN is required to work in
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Pediatric health care nursing experience
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Current experience in the area hiring e.g.: Peri Operative Services, PICU etc.
- More than one year Pediatric health care nursing experience
