Charge Nurse, Motherbaby Unit

Conduct nursing rounds, perform assessments and treatments, and coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge activities for the Motherbaby Unit. Facilitate patient and family-centered education while managing workflow and staff supervision under the Unit Director. Address performance, risk management, and issues regarding patients, families, and physicians to ensure efficient departmental functioning. Provide direct patient care and individualized treatment planning, with a focus on postpartum care, breastfeeding guidance, and supporting families through the transition to home.
