Charge Nurse Mom Baby

Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations while providing expert postpartum and newborn care. Serve as a resource to bedside nurses, support staff, and providers, ensuring safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care for mothers and infants. Mentor team members and support quality and safety initiatives across disciplines. Collaborate with providers in UCHealth's patient-first, academic environment. Night shift rotation required.
