Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Telemetry, Nights

Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and manage operational issues during your shift. Provide clinical care as needed when census demands, communicate patient care and departmental issues to appropriate leaders, and serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff. Requires current Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC license, BLS certification, and one year of hospital nursing experience with nights, 3-12 hour shifts. Preferred qualifications include two years of hospital experience, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced specialty certification.
