Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (RN) in good standing
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Cerner experience preferred
- Supervision experience required
- Ability to manage staffing and schedule
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in acute care hospital settings
- English proficiency
