Job Summary
Lead clinical team as Charge Nurse LVNLPN, overseeing nursing staff and direct patient care; develop and evaluate care plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, collaborate with physicians, implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide education/support to patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles
- Proficiency in case management and medical office procedures
- Experience with vital signs monitoring, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, and administering injections
- Familiarity with tube feeding, gastric lavage, and coding practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
