Charge Nurse LVN/RN - Hollymead

As a Charge Nurse RN at Hollymead, oversee and participate in patient care, observe and report condition changes, document in EMR, administer medications as prescribed, receive and execute physician orders, implement and evaluate care plans, and supervise staff to ensure timely delivery of quality patient care. Maintain adherence to nursing practices and clinical policies, coordinate care delivery, and ensure ongoing in-service training and integration of Patient Care Management Systems.
