Job Summary
Administer prescribed medications, document patient conditions and treatment, observe residents, and notify physicians of significant changes. Maintain accurate care documentation and monitor patient status within the scope of practice for a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse. This full-time night shift role (7pm-7am) requires an active Texas or Arizona license. Bilingual English/Vietnamese skills are preferred to communicate with residents.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from the state of Arizona
- State license to practice as a LVN
- Non-exempt, hourly position which provides nursing care within the scope of practice of a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes
