Job Summary
Administer prescribed medications, document patient conditions and treatment, observe residents, and notify physicians of significant changes. Maintain accurate records of care and treatment for patients within the scope of practice of a licensed vocational nurse or registered nurse. This full-time night shift position (7pm-7am) requires an active Texas or Arizona RN or LVN license, with SNF experience and bilingual English/Vietnamese skills preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from the state of Arizona
