Job Summary
Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) at Green Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation in Arlington, TX, provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Required Qualifications
