Charge Nurse LVN/RN 10 PM to 6 AM (72907)

Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services. Examine residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems. Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Help your team members grow their careers under the guidance of an amazing DON and supportive ADON. You must have a current LVN/RN license in good standing. This role is scheduled 10 PM to 6 AM.
