CHARGE NURSE LVN PRN (72173)

Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents. Examine residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems. Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Help your team members grow their careers under the guidance of a supportive DON and ADONs. Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
