Job Summary
Direct care teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides and administering resident medications as prescribed. Implement care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders while delivering treatments to ensure resident health and comfort. Accurately transcribe orders and maintain timely documentation in resident charts, completing required nursing assessments. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure seamless communication and educate support staff on nursing policies and procedures. Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures, and address staffing needs by arranging for replacement staff as necessary. Full-time position with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
- Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively
- Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks
