Job Summary
Direct Care Teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides for appropriate resident care. Administer medications as prescribed and execute care plans in compliance with policies and physician orders. Deliver treatments, transcribe orders, and maintain accurate documentation in resident charts. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure communication continuity and educate support staff on nursing policies. Promote safety standards by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures. Address staffing needs by arranging replacement staff when shortages occur. Requires RN or LVN licensure in good standing with strong technical and communication skills. Full-time role includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
- Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively
- Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks
