Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Direct care teams by guiding Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate resident care. Administer medications as prescribed and implement care plans in compliance with policies and physician orders. Perform treatments, transcribe orders, and document resident care while completing assessments. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure communication continuity and educate support staff on nursing policies. Maintain safety standards through infection control and body mechanic procedures, addressing staffing shortages by arranging replacements. Requires RN or LVN licensure, strong technical skills, and emergency response capabilities.
