Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Direct care teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides and administering resident medications as prescribed. Execute care plans in compliance with policies and physician orders while delivering treatments and transcribing orders accurately. Maintain timely documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure seamless communication and educate support staff on policies and resident needs. Promote safety standards by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures. Address staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
