Job Summary
Charge Nurse role directing care teams and administering resident care in a full-time capacity. Lead Nurse Aides, administer medications, execute care plans, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, document care, participate in shift reports, educate staff on nursing policies, and maintain safety and infection-control practices. Must be a licensed RN or LVN in good standing with strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills to support residents and coordinate care across shifts.
