Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Lead Charge Nurse responsibilities include directing care teams of Nurse Aides, administering medications safely, implementing resident care plans in alignment with policies and orders, performing treatments, transcribing orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll participate in shift reports, educate support staff on nursing needs, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and address staffing needs by coordinating replacements as necessary. Requires RN or LVN licensure in good standing, strong clinical and communication skills, and ability to respond to emergencies with organized workflows.
