Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Direct care teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides and administering resident medications as prescribed. Execute care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders while delivering required treatments. Transcribe orders accurately and promptly, then document resident care in charts and complete nursing assessments. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure seamless communication and educate support staff on policies and resident needs. Maintain safety standards by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures, and address staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff.
