Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Direct Care Teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides for appropriate resident care. Administer medications as prescribed and execute care plans in compliance with policies and physician orders. Deliver treatments, transcribe physician orders, and maintain accurate documentation in resident charts. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure care continuity and educate support staff on nursing policies. Promote safety standards by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures. Address staffing needs by arranging for replacement staff when shortages occur. Requires RN or LVN licensure in good standing with strong communication and technical skills.
