Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Lead care teams as Chargen Nurse – LVN or RN, supervise Nurse Aides, administer medications, implement resident care plans in accordance with policies and physician orders, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, and document resident care. Collaborate during shift reports, educate support staff on nursing policies, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and address staffing needs to ensure high-quality resident care. Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills with excellent communication and the ability to respond efficiently to emergencies are required.
