Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

Direct care teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides for resident care. Administer medications as prescribed and execute care plans per company policies and physician orders. Deliver treatments, transcribe orders, and maintain accurate documentation in resident charts. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure care continuity and educate support staff on nursing policies. Promote safety by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures. Address staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff as necessary. This role requires an RN or LVN in good standing with strong communication and workflow organization skills.
