Job Summary
Direct care teams by providing guidance to Nurse Aides and administering resident medications as prescribed. Execute resident care plans in compliance with policies and physician orders while performing required treatments. Transcribe orders accurately and document care in resident charts, completing necessary nursing assessments. Collaborate during shift reports to ensure communication continuity and educate support staff on policies and procedures. Maintain safety standards by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures, and address staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff. Requires RN or LVN licensure in good standing with strong technical and communication skills. Full-time role includes health, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
- Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively
- Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks
