Job Summary
Conduct daily nursing care and manage the unit as a Charge Nurse for LVN staff. Oversee patient assignments, coordinate team workflows, and ensure compliance with safety protocols during 12-hour shifts. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Requires an unencumbered LVN license, current CPR certification, and ability to work flexible schedules. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
- Unencumbered LVN license
