CHARGE NURSE LVN/LPN - PRN (71120)

Charge Nurse LVN/LPN position in a long-term senior care setting. Collaborates with Medical Director and attending physician on resident care, assists in planning nursing services, and supports staff development. Responsible for examining residents and records to identify early signs of problems, completing medical forms and charting, and performing administrative duties related to assigned residents.
