Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, then consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation. Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents. Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Helping your team members grow their careers while serving residents under the guidance of an amazing DON and supportive ADONs.
