CHARGE NURSE LVN 7AM-7PM (72836)

Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents. Consult the physician on resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services. Examine residents and their records to distinguish normal from abnormal findings and recognize early stages of serious problems. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Help team members grow their careers under the guidance of an amazing DON, ADON, and clinical staff.
