CHARGE NURSE LVN (72839)

Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services. Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems. Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Helping your team members grow their careers while serving residents under the guidance of a supportive DON and knowledgeable ADON.
