CHARGE NURSE LVN 6p-6a (72902)

Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, as directed by the Director of Nursing. Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions. Maintain a current LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing, with IV certification preferred. This role supports our commitment to excellent care for patients and residents.
