CHARGE NURSE LVN 6am-2pm

Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents, consulting on evaluations to assist the Director of Nursing in planning services. Examine residents and records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Help team members grow their careers under the guidance of supportive ADONs and clinical staff. This role supports the mission of becoming the destination of choice for long-term senior care.
