CHARGE NURSE LVN 6am-2pm (72571)

Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Examine residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems. Consult the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Help your team members grow their careers under the guidance of supportive leadership. This role is open to Licensed Practical Nurses with a current license in good standing, scheduled for 6am-2pm shifts.
