Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the care team. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. This role requires an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the State of Georgia or an eligible state.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

Desired Qualifications
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
