Charge Nurse (LPN)

Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care setting as an LPN, administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents’ conditions, supervising CNAs, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members, and contribute to a supportive, quality-driven care environment.
