Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the care team. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans, supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care, and maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards while communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members. This role requires an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the State of Georgia or an eligible state.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
