Charge Nurse (LPN/RN)

Provide high-level customer service and direct nursing care to residents while supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Ensure all supervision aligns with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility as required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to maintain the highest degree of quality care. This role includes a sign-on bonus of $1000 for nurses working weekends after 90 days of employment, paid in six installments.
