Charge Nurse, LPN or RN - LNRC (Abbeville), Part Time

Direct daily nursing activities for certified nursing assistants and provide direct care skills including colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration. Observe resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct rounds to verify resident needs are met, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and initiate or update care plans. Schedule follow-up appointments, manage medication and supply stock, and participate in surveys or grievance processes as required. Shifts vary between 7:00AM-3:30PM or 7:00AM-7:30PM for this part-time role at LNRC in Abbeville.
