Charge Nurse, LPN or RN - LNRC (Abbeville), Full Time, First Shift

Direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day activities of certified nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Administer medications, perform wound treatments, and provide direct care skills including colostomy changes, tube feedings, and IV administration. Transcribe physician orders, initiate and update care plans, and conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, and participate in end-of-life care. Ensure policy compliance, maintain adequate supplies, and report incidents to supervisors. Full-time first shift (7:00AM-7:30PM) at LNRC in Abbeville.
