Charge Nurse (LPN) – Nights 7p-7a

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, administering medications and treatments per physician orders. Perform resident assessments, monitor condition changes, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants while assigning care duties and coordinating daily workflow. Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers, complete accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. Requires current active LPN license in Missouri, CPR/BLS certification, and 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Nights shift (7p-7a) with $1,500 quarterly sign-on bonus.
