Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the care team. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in delivering quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members including RNs and CNAs. Requires an active LPN license from Georgia or an eligible state, with prior long-term care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
