Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the care team. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a compassionate, person-centered environment. This role supports the interdisciplinary team within a Great Place to Work Certified organization that values servant leadership and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
