Charge Nurse (LPN)

Charge Nurse (LPN) delivering direct nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision of RNs; administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and compassionate care are essential; prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
