Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents’ conditions, supervise CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. Requires active LPN license in GA (or eligibility); prior long-term care experience preferred but not required. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits offered.
